Job Responsibilities

The Development and Management Department consists of six units: Legal and Case Management, IT and Digitalization, Communication, Procurement and Purchasing, Security, and Quality.

The department is responsible for coordinating and developing common management, administration, and leadership support for the administration, as well as laying the foundation for common systems, structures, and working methods/processes. The department monitors the external environment within its areas of responsibility and has an overarching responsibility to coordinate and inspire the development of the administration's operations and the quality of our deliveries.

We are now looking for a lawyer for the Legal and Case Management unit, whose mission is to provide legal support to our administration. Currently, there are four lawyers and a unit manager in the legal team, and we are now seeking reinforcement for our competent and friendly team. As a lawyer with us, you will have the opportunity to deepen and broaden your legal expertise and participate in various networks. The work is characterized by independence but also by great freedom to plan your workdays and maintain a good balance between work and leisure.

Your main responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing advice to managers and employees primarily in rental law and property law matters
  • Represent the administration in cases and matters in courts and authorities
  • Monitor the external environment based on the needs of the operations
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Assist with confidentiality assessments and make written appealable decisions to not disclose a document.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a law degree who wants to work with varied and complex legal issues in a dynamic environment. For this position, we require several years of experience in qualified advice within rental law and other rights of use, as well as good knowledge of public law issues such as transparency and confidentiality. Experience working in court is an advantage, as is experience applying the Planning and Building Act and experience in the public sector.

As a lawyer, you have a pragmatic approach without compromising on the requirement for high quality in your advice. You find it easy to collaborate with people from different professional backgrounds. You are engaged and enjoy taking your own initiatives. To succeed in this role, you need to have a good ability to explain complex issues in an easily understandable way. You prioritize your tasks, are flexible, and take responsibility for your goals and cases. You have the ability to work systematically even under high workloads.
